Cancellation & Refund Policy 

At Shree Aarambh Wellness Clinic, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfactory experience for all our clients. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking any of our diet or wellness programs.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment (as applicable) is received.

  • Upon confirmation, you will receive a booking receipt and details via email or WhatsApp.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking: Eligible for a 100% refund (if the diet plan has not yet started).

  • Cancellations made after 24 hours but before plan initiation: Subject to a 10% administrative deduction from the total amount.

  • Once the diet plan has started: No refund will be issued, as personalized diet planning and consultation services would have already commenced.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your plan start date once, with at least 48 hours’ notice, at no additional cost.

  • Further rescheduling requests may attract additional administrative charges.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Any payment gateway or transaction charges are non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Consultation fees, follow-up sessions, or partially availed diet plans are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be applicable for “No-shows” or missed appointments.

6. Policy Updates

  • Shree Aarambh Wellness Clinic reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website.
