At Shree Aarambh Wellness Clinic, all our diet and wellness services are delivered digitally through online consultations, WhatsApp, email, or our secure online platforms. Since we do not ship physical products, our “shipping” refers to the digital delivery of your purchased services.
1. Service Delivery

All diet and wellness plans are shared digitally within 24–48 hours after your consultation or once full payment is received.

You will receive your customized plan through email, WhatsApp, or our online portal (as per your preference).

Consultation sessions are scheduled as per the agreed time slot shared during booking.
2. No Physical Shipping

We do not deliver any physical goods.

There are no courier or delivery charges, as all services are online.
3. Access to Digital Plans

Please ensure that you provide a valid email address and WhatsApp number while booking your plan.

In case of incorrect contact information, delivery of your plan may be delayed.
4. Non-Delivery of Services

If you do not receive your plan within 48 hours of confirmation, please contact our support team immediately.

We will re-send the plan at no additional cost.
5. Refunds for Non-Delivery

Refunds are only applicable if the service is not delivered due to an error from our end.
